					<description><![CDATA[I looked through my collection because I remember getting a letter from the late Billy Rogell about two years later after I wrote to him. He returned my initial SASE in like a week but then about two years later, I received this strange envelope from him with my return address cut out from my original letter and inside was a note and a signed photo. I guess it was something he sent out to his fans who remembered him 70 years after his debut. He was I think 92 when he sent me the &quot;extra&quot; photos.]]></description>
