What Patricia Kelly Shermer did not mention in her comment above, is that her father was Hall of Famer, George “High Pockets” Kelly!
It was with Patricia’s help that her father became one of my favorite subjects in my first book, “So Many Summer Fields.” Mr. Kelly must have been a true gentleman as well as a wonderful father and family man.
